Best Buy Co.’s U.S. stores Might Be Selling Sony’s Google TV Tomorrow

Sony has already started taking orders from his website and will also sell the new sets in its online store today.It should be available in Best Buy Co.’s U.S. stores by tomorrow.While on official website of Sony the product’s estimated shipping date is 10/18/2010

According to engadget.com -

Sources within the big box retailer tell us the TVs have already arrived, and will be free for all to purchase when an October 17th street date breaks tomorrow morning.

Orders are being taken at both Sony’s and Best Buy’s websites.Google TV would be based on Google’s mobile operating system, Android, and would also include a version of the Chrome browser for using Web applications like Twitter or Picasa.

Sony has two offerings: an integrated television (the 46″ model will retail for $1399) and a Blu-Ray player with Google TV integrated for $399.

Mike Abary, senior vice president of Sony Corp’s Home Division says – “Finally, you can seamlessly search your favorite TV programs and websites on the same screen, at the same time,”

Kohjinsha SX3KP06MS is actually classified as ultra-mobile PC system. Netbook-like features include the Intel Atom processor, 8.9 inch display, built-in hard drive, wireless connectivity, and memory card reader but the UMPC features really shine machine. It is a system, a convertible notebook with Windows Vista, which means that a swivel on the LCD touch-screen. It also has a built-in DVD Super Multi drive (how in the world, which fits DVD-ROM is for me) – yes pretty sweet. And it is still small.
