I Guess there are retailers that sell them like new

Does refurbished laptop have any label or information stored in the software?

Can this identification be removed easily?

  1. most will come with a 90-day warranty from the manufacturer or the reseller

  2. by law the retailer
    need to iabeled
    to the customer
    this is a
    used rebuilded top

    if you planning to resale
    the product you may
    but again…
    need to Labeled

A good rule of thumb for the CPU speed is proportional to pay. For example, 3.0 GHz CPU is about 7% faster than the 2.8-GHz model. Pay 7% more, maybe 10% more, it is reasonable to pay 30% more, it’s a very poor return on investment, the more memory and / or a higher, faster hard drives instead.
