it is in vista. turn on ur bluetooth then u will se bluetooth icon in taskbar then u can send or receive files

Here is the user guide for the Dell
According to the User Manual, the Bluetooth was optional. It never talked details on the Bluetooth except how to enable and disable it.
maybe Control Panel – System – Hardware Tab – Device Manager
that might give details on the Bluetooth.
