BEST SAT RECEPTION GARMIN GPS 60 OR LEGEND HCX?
Trying to find a GPS section which we can block in to a mechanism as well as essentially make use of but constatnly loosing sat reception. a Legend with out a tall attraction receiver was worthless.
Those Map60’s are phenomenal compared to the ones without the external antenna. But you still need a view of the sky, either outdoors or a window that has a clear view of the sky like your car windshield.

The Legend HCx will perform far better than the GPS60, if the 60 does not have an external antenna attached. Can’t say how the performance would compare if you were using an external antenna with the 60.
